Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment. A £30 deposit is required when booking an Initial Osteopathic Assessment or Gait & Biomechanical Analysis online, with the remaining balance payable at the appointment. Patients who have previously missed or cancelled appointments at short notice may be asked to prepay for future appointments.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full appointment fee. Where a deposit has been paid, this will be taken into account against any amount due.
